I told them about my allergy, but I still felt like no one really knew what was safe for me to eat. The answers I got were kind of unsure, and I just didn’t feel comfortable trusting the food. I ended up leaving hungry and annoyed. Actually, it just wasn’t worth the risk for me.

I had an issue with my order and, i was annoyed at first. I reached out to White Spot and they actually got back to me way faster than I expected. The manager was really nice, like, actually listened to what happened and fixed it without making the whole thing a big hassle. So yeah, I’m happy with how they handled it.

Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous about eating out with my dairy allergy, but they handled it really well. It wasn’t a big hassle at all, and I felt comfortable with the whole experience.

The menu has a lot to choose from, so it feels like there’s sorta something for everyone. I just wish they had a few more veggie options...

The payment went through no problem and the bill was clear. The only thing was the tip screen, it felt a little confusing for a sec.

I was expecting the usual long wait, but we got seated quickly. The table was ready before I even had time to complain, which basically never happens anywhere

They usually have the menu items I want whenever I order, which is nice. I just wish the experience felt a little more welcoming, because sometimes it feels like they’re brushing me off rather than actually listening.

The inside wasn’t very clean when I visited, haha. It could definitely use a bit more attention.

Had White Spot the other day it was good. The burger tasted fresh, the fries were hot, and the sauce was... yeah, really nice actually. Nothing over the top or anything, just a solid meal that kind of hit the spot. I’d definitely order from here again.

By the time the food arrived, it was just okay, probably because it had been sitting or delayed too long. I totally understand restaurants get busy, but the whole experience felt slow and kind of like there wasn’t a real person on the other end keeping track of things. Not the worst, but definitely not a great experience

Ordered from White Spot again it was really good. The burger had tons of flavour, and the fries were fresh with just the right amount of salt. Nothing over the top or fancy, just a solid meal that totally hit the spot. If you’re in the mood for an easy, reliable burger and fries, I’d say it’s a safe pick.

The food comes out hot, the staff are relaxed and friendly, and the whole place always has that familiar, comfortable feel. It’s nice when you can kind of predict you’re going to have a good meal. No surprises here, but in the best way.

The staff were really friendly and checked in on us a few times, which I appreciated. The food did take a little while to come out, so I’m guessing they may have been a bit backed up in the kitchen or short-staffed, but the service made up for it. I’d go back again
